SAP MRO Functional Lead Analyst

- Lead end-to-end Activate project activities such as requirements validation, workshops, and functional design development - Translate functional specifications into application design documents; coordinate with the ABAP team for testing new functionalities and enhancements - Collaborate and influence at all organizational levels, including senior executives, to propose solutions for system enhancements - Recommend and implement complex configuration solutions to fulfill business requirements while updating associated documentation - Participate in project delivery during testing cycles and lead root cause analysis for issue resolution - Employ critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills - Adapt to work across different time zones with US teams - Define architecture data and information management system requirements while ensuring the architectural design adheres to business needs - Conduct thorough project analysis encompassing system design, configuration, and implementation while leading team integration efforts - Evaluate new releases and software alternatives while interacting with analysts and user groups - Manage the development and configuration of architecture views and models using standard techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance current systems and processes - Handle the development of WRICEF objects in partnership with the ABAP team independently
