Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Over 12 years of comprehensive IT experience with at least 10 years dedicated to configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP WM & EWM solutions
- Minimum of 4 years as a Lead in S4Hana projects employing the Activate Methodology
- Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations in the SAP EWM module, covering scoping, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support
- Proficient in defining technology-driven solutions and in configuring SAP-LE and EWM systems
- Strong integration knowledge involving SAP EWM with related modules such as SD, LE, MM, PP, TM & SAP EHS
- Extensive knowledge of PPF, Wave Management, Kitting, Slotting, Yard Management, Labour Management, RFUI, and Warehouse Cockpit in EWM
- Relevant industry certifications for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Ability to evaluate the implications of architectural decisions across various applications
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete systems development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation
- SAP EWM Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and manage the documentation process
- Spearhead end-to-end solution design along with functional specification documentation
- Offer expertise in the EWM functional domain while architecting integrated logistics solutions
- Influence and collaborate across different organizational levels including senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Identify, propose, and implement complex configuration solutions tailored to business requirements
- Participate actively in project delivery during testing phases and direct root cause analysis of issues
- Employ critical thinking and innovative approaches to problem-solving
- Adapt to overlapping time zones while working with US teams
- Establish robust architecture for data and information management systems across SAP and non-SAP environments
- Oversee process analysis, functional and logical design, and implementation while guiding team members
- Evaluate new software releases and maintain interaction with analysts and user groups
- Manage configuration and development of architecture models that accurately depict the system
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance controls in all SAP solutions
- Work alongside ERP Architect colleagues to manage the full lifecycle of SAP systems in the ERP ecosystem
