Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications - Over 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience - Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, frameworks, and the vulnerability management process - Proficiency in the architecture, design, management, and troubleshooting of security-focused networks and firewalls - Experience in either cyber security or product security engineering - Ability to analyze customer security needs and create detailed security requirements, architectures, and designs - Proven track record of identifying opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement solutions - Familiarity with developing cybersecurity philosophies, requirements, secure architectures, and designs - Competence in coordinating and presenting technical content to varied audiences and producing technical documentation - Experience in conducting threat analysis, security risk assessments, and evolving analyses throughout the development lifecycle - Capability to create product cybersecurity documentation for clients and certifiers - Knowledge of defense security standards for risk analysis and strategic system architecture direction (e.g., DoDI 8510.01, ICD-503, NIST 800-53)

- Oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of product security measures for Boeings avionics systems throughout all phases, including requirements, design, building, testing, production, and operations - Collaborate with system counterparts to align security requirements and activities - Work with various engineering teams to provide insights from security analyses and contribute to secure architecture and design - Establish and standardize processes for product security engineering ensuring they meet program and certification standards - Leverage the Risk Engineering digital thread to shape product requirements focused on cyber survivability against defined threats through comprehensive threat analysis - Analyze internal client needs to derive context-specific security strategies and requirements - Perform product security engineering activities, including security requirements definition and risk assessments - Maintain documentation of product security engineering efforts and generate relevant artifacts - Initiate risk reduction and technology development activities to foster innovative solutions in products and services - Recognize and communicate product security risks to integrated product teams and management
