Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real-time, near real-time, or embedded systems
- Over 10 years of experience in software development for VxWorks or similar real-time operating systems
- At least 7 years of experience in software development for safety-critical systems (DO-178B/C)
- More than 10 years of experience in embedded systems security
- At least 10 years in software architecture and design of embedded software systems
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design for real-time and mixed-criticality systems
- Define system breakdown, interfaces, and performance/timing objectives
- Ensure safety, security, and isolation between domains
- Select and integrate operating systems, virtualization, and middleware technologies
- Supervise hardware/software co-design and performance optimization
- Establish V&V and certification strategies
- Develop CI/CD and integration testing practices
- Guide team members and serve as a technical authority to clients and vendors
