Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing environments (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working collaboratively across engineering disciplines (preferred)
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support requirements management tasks and maintain the MBSE database
- Update and manage Product Lifecycle Management and Systems Engineering documentation that tracks requirements, allocation, and traceability
- Participate in the creation, documentation, implementation, and consulting regarding engineering tools, processes, and standards
- Aid in training on processes and tools, and support the integration of engineering designs
- Maintain templates for specifications, reports, and presentations
- Help identify and validate user access roles and process guides
- Provide configuration management support, coordinate changes, and assess compliance
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing engineering documents and reports to facilitate business operations
- Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics and coordinate requirements to align with organizational needs
- Support supplier data management procedures for requirements verification and compliance evaluations
