Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Masters preferred or a comparable mix of education and experience
- Familiarity with the Design Assurance process for circuit card designs and/or FPGAs
- Experience in creating Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; experience in Full Lifecycle Development
- Proven track record in managing complex technical systems or programs
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-motivated individual with multitasking capabilities
- Active Secret Clearance is preferred
- Experience in Earned Value Management
- Background in engineering management or team leadership, including task planning and employee development
- Skills in proposal development and process improvement
- Strong business insight, management influence, and systems thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical coaching and mentorship, assign work, support employee career growth, and provide continuous feedback
- Oversee recruitment processes, employee selection, training, performance evaluations, compensation planning, recognition programs, and disciplinary measures
- Assist in program development, meet program requirements, ensure compliance with engineering processes, and enhance customer focus
- Leverage extensive knowledge in circuit card design to uphold technical excellence
