Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant qualifications - Level 3: Minimum of 5 years of related experience or a suitable blend of education and experience - Level 4: Minimum of 9 years of related experience or a suitable blend of education and experience - Proven experience collaborating with the FAA and/or ODA on Type Certification initiatives - Over 3 years of experience in formulating and/or contributing to procedures in a regulated sector - Over 3 years of experience within the Aerospace industry - Technical proficiency to execute process/procedure documentation (BPM, BPIs, D6s, D950s, etc.) - Strong technical writing and presentation skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations at various organizational levels - Experience in identifying and addressing complex technical or regulatory challenges - Capacity to assess and prioritize competing demands

- Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams to effectively address technical and certification challenges - Collaborate with the FAA to coordinate technical communication regarding regulatory matters - Create and implement strategic action plans for modifications to certification processes - Play an integral role in establishing corrective action plans for noncompliance, including researching and analyzing processes, design practices, and conducting root cause analysis - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Boeings Organization Delegation Authorization (ODA) procedures manual - Ensure effective collaboration across products, platforms, and functional areas to promote a compliance-focused culture - Engage in the development and promotion of global regulatory advocacy strategies, training, tools, and methodologies
