Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent qualification related to the role
- Level 3 requires 5+ years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Level 4 requires 9+ years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and experience
- Experience collaborating directly with the FAA and/or ODA on Type Certification projects
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and/or contributing to processes, policies, and procedures within a regulated industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Aerospace sector
- Technical proficiency to manage execution of process/procedure documents (BPM, BPIs, D6s, D950s, etc.)

- Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams to resolve technical and certification issues
- Coordinate technical messaging and collaborate with the FAA on regulatory matters
- Develop strategic action plans for modifications to certification processes and ensure their thorough execution
- Contribute to the creation of root cause corrective action plans, including handling noncompliances, voluntary disclosures, and formal corrective actions
- Possess an operational knowledge of Boeings Organization Delegation Authorization (ODA) procedures manual
- Ensure effective coordination across products, platforms, and functional domains to maintain a culture of compliance with requirements and procedural adherence to FAA guidelines
- Participate in the establishment and promotion of global regulatory advocacy strategies, training programs, tools, and methodologies
