Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data analysis
- At least 5 years experience in collaborative problem solving and building strong relationships, along with proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- A minimum of 5 years experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Over 3 years experience working within cross-functional teams
- More than 3 years experience in process analysis, development, and improvement
- Preferred: 3 years experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing settings
- Preferred: 1 year of experience with the Boeing Production System
- Preferred: Experience in formal or informal leadership roles
Responsibilities
- Lead complex group work sessions employing advanced Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System
- Evaluate processes and practices against established standards and criteria
- Analyze and interpret relevant data
- Provide feedback on assessment outcomes while identifying areas for enhancement and potential risk
- Collaborate with various organizations to design strategies, plans, and metrics to meet business goals
- Operate at appropriate organizational levels to put strategies into action
- Work under limited supervision
- Support a Director and mentor other Business Analysts under that Director
- Establish and maintain the Directors operating rhythm and communicate it to the team
- Develop Director-level metrics and presentations
- Conduct director-level meetings
- Cross-train team members of the Business Analysts
- Standardize processes
