Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of administration experience with JIRA and general Atlassian products
- 3+ years of experience in general web application administration
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, JSON, and Groovy
- Familiarity with modern web application administration practices
- Experience using GitLab or comparable version control systems
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to identify needs and objectives
- Must possess an active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain projects, workflows, issues, and permissions within JIRA to fulfill Millenniums program and team needs
- Oversee the health of Millenniums JIRA servers and other Atlassian tools to ensure minimal downtime and optimal data accessibility
- Design and establish multiple JIRA environments for development, testing, and production, including executing data migrations as needed
- Provide assistance to users on JIRA and other Atlassian products, conducting training sessions for individuals or groups as required
- Create and update documentation regarding the design and utilization of Millenniums JIRA and other Atlassian tools
