Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Over 2 years of experience in systems engineering including requirements definition, allocation, verification, and design
- More than 2 years of experience in systems engineering across multiple phases of the product lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Utilize an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify a balanced system of systems and solutions
- Analyze customer and operational needs to outline and coordinate system performance requirements, integrating technical parameters to ensure compatibility across all interfaces
- Conduct various analyses to enhance the total system of systems and/or system architecture
- Perform assessments regarding affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, and various other quality factors to ensure mission success
- Develop the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, and technology readiness assessments
- Address and resolve cross-functional technical challenges

Our team values motivated individuals who can work with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer and program needs. The role is expected to be 100% onsite.
