Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline
- Capability to secure a U.S. Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship
- Over 1 year of experience in systems engineering, including requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design, and trade studies
- More than 1 year of experience in systems engineering throughout various stages of the product life-cycle
Responsibilities
- Employ an interdisciplinary and collaborative method to plan, design, develop, and validate a lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions
- Assess customer and operational needs to establish and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical specifications, and ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces
- Conduct analyses to enhance total system of systems or system architecture
- Perform evaluations related to affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, security, regulatory compliance, and other quality factors to ensure successful mission outcomes
- Create and oversee the planning, organization, execution, and management of requirements processes, risk management, issue resolution, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessments
- Tackle cross-functional technical challenges
