Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in an engineering field or 10 years of equivalent experience - Over 2 years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile methodologies - More than 2 years of experience with Agile delivery and metrics - At least 1 year of leadership experience

Responsibilities

- Guide leaders and teams in Lean-Agile methodologies and principles - Propel continuous improvement and evaluate the agility level of the Agile Release Train (ART) - Facilitate the preparation of Vision, Objectives, and Program Backlogs - Ensure backlogs are maintained according to established standards - Monitor the execution of features and capabilities - Support the development of roadmaps - Assist in mapping inter- and intra-team dependencies - Organize and lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and overall management - Communicate iteration and PI schedules - Aid in the effective execution of Agile ceremonies - Promote cross-functional teamwork across ARTs in Training Systems and affiliated organizations - Facilitate synchronization events, including ART syncs, communities of practice, and Product Owner/Scrum Master syncs - Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution - Manage risks and dependencies - Identify and escalate impediments - Ensure compliance with established standards - Track and refine metrics for the ART - Optimize and manage the flow of the ART
