Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with C/C++
- At least 1 year of experience in designing and developing software for Real-Time or Non-Real-Time systems
- More than 3 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- At least 1 year of experience in developing Safety or Flight Critical Software
Responsibilities
- Create, document, and uphold architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for the software system
- Write and maintain code, integrating software components into a fully operational system
- Develop and oversee software development plans, verification plans, test procedures, and testing environments, executing test procedures and recording test outcomes to verify software requirements are satisfied
- Offer technical leadership for software-related projects
- Aid in the creation and upkeep of software processes, tools, and metrics
- Act as a subject matter expert in software domains, system-specific challenges, processes, and regulations
- Monitor and assess the software team to guarantee compliance with project plans and industry standards
- Provide training and mentorship to colleagues
- Operate under general supervision
