Must:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada.
- At least 3 years of experience in software lifecycle execution and troubleshooting.
- A solid 3 years of experience working with Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- A background in Agile software development, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Hands-on experience with advanced models, including generative AI, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP).
- A well-established ability to work within end-to-end machine learning workflows, including data pipelines, training, evaluation, and deployment/MLOps.
- Experience with new product development in small, agile teams on dynamic, fast-paced, customer-funded projects.
- The highest level of U.S. security clearance presently held or held within the last 24 months.
- Experience developing embedded real-time software and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting while communicating with stakeholders from various backgrounds and skill levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
In this position, I will engage in the following tasks:
- I will develop and support the enhancement of software testing tools crucial for effectively implementing Open Mission Systems (OMS) software architecture.
- I will design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and Computer Vision algorithms to streamline the automated testing of avionics Pilot/Vehicle Interfaces (PVI).
- I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback necessary for the development of testing tools.
- I will collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to maintain data quality and reliability, identifying patterns, trends, and insights.
- I will devise and implement innovative avionics software testing frameworks and tools, ensuring both quality and technical excellence.
- I will conduct Safety Risk Management processes for software models in compliance with our organizational standards.
- I will research and implement current and emerging AI/ML and Computer Vision technologies, tools, frameworks, and capabilities relevant to the engineering sector.
