Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
- Over 8 years of hands-on functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Syteline, including configuration and module ownership
- Expert-level understanding of CSI data structures, IDOs, integrations, APS, module interdependencies, and system architecture
- Experience leading major ERP initiatives such as module implementations, process redesign, or cloud migration planning
- Proven ability to diagnose complex ERP issues spanning finance, supply chain, production, and integrations
- Preferred experience with cloud migration and reducing reliance on consulting resources through internal capability building
- Understanding of differences between CloudSuite Industrial and on-prem Syteline, including multi-tenant constraints
- Familiarity with IDOs, forms, reports, workflows, event handlers, and integrations
- Exposure to workflow automation or low-code tools
- Interest in utilizing generative AI tools for documentation, testing, analysis, or ERP modernization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
- Customer-service oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support for Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline across various business modules
- Troubleshoot ERP configuration, workflows, transactions, costing logic, and cross-module interactions
- Investigate and resolve integration failures involving data transactions between ERP and connected systems
- Support key customizations, extensions, IDOs, reports, forms, and workflows, understanding their operational implications
- Collaborate with business users to align ERP functionalities with operational workflows
- Act as a senior functional subject matter expert, advising on solution options and future-state design
- Diagnose complex ERP issues requiring in-depth knowledge of system architecture and data structures
- Configure ERP parameters, workflows, and module-specific settings
- Document configuration decisions and their business impacts
- Evaluate and redesign legacy customizations to prepare for CloudSuite adoption
- Contribute to planning for migration from on-premise Syteline to Infor CloudSuite Industrial
- Identify necessary customizations and integrations for cloud readiness
- Support analysis of data quality requirements for cloud transition
- Lead cross-functional teams in preparing processes and integrations for cloud transition
- Support ERP-enabled processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management
- Map enterprise processes to CSI capabilities through workshops
- Execute functional and regression testing for ERP upgrades and configuration changes
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis on issues
- Provide functional support and training materials for ERP users
- Manage system configuration, user access, and security settings
- Coordinate application upgrades and system documentation
- Develop user acceptance testing plans and track results
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across applications
- Identify workflow automation and process optimization opportunities
