Systems Analyst - Oracle

- Develop and nurture effective relationships with key stakeholders while conveying recommendations for business operation enhancements. - Collect, document, analyze, prioritize, and consent to technical requirements throughout the project cycle while managing scope and documentation. - Work independently within specialized software to complete tasks efficiently and aid in QA technical testing and troubleshooting as required. - Assess and enhance business processes by deploying significant features and improvements to boost productivity and workflows. - Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units, analyzing requirements to define functional and high-level technical specifications. - Collaborate with the Technical Delivery Manager(s) to establish data governance policies that cover roles, responsibilities, processes, and compliance. - Document technical and data process flows using Visio or similar tools. - Utilize technology to develop business solutions, focusing on continuous improvement and data management strategies. - Identify automation opportunities and refine processes for enhanced operational efficiency, leveraging reporting and analytics tools. - Work with Software Engineers and IT QA Analysts to formulate a comprehensive testing strategy, including test execution and defect management. - Support the QA Team with formal End-User Training and change management materials, ensuring standards for system implementation are upheld. - Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate vendor solutions while collaborating with multiple technical and business stakeholders. - Engage in project management support, ensuring alignment with technical strategies and documenting necessary project materials within established timelines. - Assist project managers in assessing the technical effort required based on project demands and user collaboration.
