Senior Collections Specialist - Raynham

- Compile data from various sources to generate monthly delinquency reports for the department and credit committee - Prepare and update monthly residential and consumer Watch List reports - Track and report on modifications related to residential and consumer loans - Conduct regular oversight of DMI including problem resolution, delinquency monitoring, and assisting with third-party vendor oversight; generate monthly DMI oversight reports for management - Address and resolve consumer credit reporting disputes via the e-Oscar system - Monitor and report on all received bankruptcy notices - Assist the Loan Operations Manager with audit requests from both internal and external auditors - Adhere to Fair Debt Collection regulations while managing consumer collection efforts, including contacting overdue customers via phone and mail, explaining options, and recommending resolutions when needed - Support reporting on overdue real estate taxes for both consumer and commercial loans, utilizing data from the tax service company - Assist with processing online debit card payments using the PURESight system - Recommend charge-offs for approval at the credit committee and process those once approved - Prepare documents as necessary for foreclosure and other severe delinquency cases - Perform additional tasks as assigned
