Senior Collections Specialist

- Compile data from various sources to produce monthly delinquency reports for the department and credit committee - Prepare and refresh the residential and consumer Watch List reports each month - Track and report on modifications for residential and consumer loans - Conduct regular oversight of DMI, including problem resolution and delinquency monitoring; assist with third-party vendor oversight and generate monthly DMI oversight reports for management - Address and resolve consumer credit reporting disputes through the e-Oscar system - Monitor and log all Bankruptcy notifications received - Assist the Loan Operations Manager in fulfilling audit requests from internal and external auditors - Adhere to Fair Debt Collection regulations, managing consumer collection efforts that involve contacting overdue customers via phone and mail, explaining available options and recommending resolutions - Help report past due real estate taxes for both consumer and commercial loans, utilizing information from tax service companies - Assist with processing online debit card payments using the PURESight system - Recommend charge-offs for approval at the credit committee and process them once approved - Prepare necessary documents for foreclosure and other advanced delinquency issues - Undertake additional tasks as requested
