Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 3 years of help desk support experience.
- I expect a positive attitude and a willingness to tackle complex challenges with business clients.
- Candidates should possess their own transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.
- You must be able to pass a background check and random drug-testing, including marijuana.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- A friendly and patient demeanor when interacting with customers is important.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will have you provide both remote and on-site assistance to clients within the Phoenix area.
- Your tasks will include answering client phone calls, responding to email inquiries, managing help desk tickets, and delivering remote support to clients.
- You will also be responsible for offering on-site assistance and performing maintenance on client networks and servers.
- All support will be conducted either from the BlueKey IT office or directly at clients’ offices.
