Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in information systems and/or network administration with notable systems engineering and architecture expertise
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with infrastructure production support teams and manage external service providers
- Completion of professionally delivered training in information architecture or systems engineering, resulting in industry certification at the network engineer or architect level (e.g., MS Certified Professional)
- Experience within the U.S. healthcare sector is preferred
- Familiarity with Information Security solutions is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire systems infrastructure, including engineering, implementation, integration, and providing technical support
- Design, implement, install, maintain, and manage hardware, software, and various configurations of infrastructures
- Monitor system performance to proactively detect potential issues and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct root cause analysis on malfunctioning components and apply corrective actions
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine processes and procedures
- Take responsibility for individual projects and participate in disaster recovery exercises
