Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Associates degree plus an additional 2 years of job-related experience totaling 4 years of work experience, or a total of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in research and analysis
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in complex mathematical computations
- Advanced understanding of mathematical and statistical principles
- Familiarity with various computer support systems
- Knowledge of programming languages including DB2, SQL, and relational databases
- Ability to analyze data outcomes, identify anomalous statistics, and troubleshoot data issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with tools like Visual Basic and Macros for automating reporting processes
Responsibilities
- Review, extract, and analyze data for the creation of procedures, processes, and requirements
- Compile reports detailing relevant activities to pinpoint issue areas and support operational adjustments
- Assist in complex analytics and develop sophisticated data compilations and validation to support divisional initiatives
- Conduct targeted analyses when necessary
- Create data retrieval programs to find pertinent information needed for system or operational improvements
- Document reporting procedures to enable other team members to generate ad hoc reports independently
- Design, code, and maintain elaborate database programs for data extraction and analysis that support financial and operational decisions
