Application Development Manager - CGS Administrators

- Oversee recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance monitoring, and timely resolution of disciplinary issues while fostering a positive work environment focused on staff morale and satisfaction. - Coordinate team activities and manage support and development teams to achieve project and program milestones efficiently. - Collaborate with customers to ensure that software development modifications and applications align with IT strategy and infrastructure. - Interface with other IT personnel and external partners to coordinate activities, identify information systems needs, and promote teamwork for problem resolution and software solutions. - Review and approve project estimates, participate in status meetings, and attend requirements reviews while monitoring project documents and status reports. - Work with teams to document, develop, and evaluate improvements in IT procedures, alternative processing methods, communication flows, management reporting, and operational efficiency. - Continuously assess processes and identify improvement opportunities while presenting solutions to senior management. - Maintain updated knowledge of advancements in relevant information systems, development methodologies, and life-cycle management.
