Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is necessary (Dual Citizens are welcome)
- A Public Trust clearance or higher is required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software development and enterprise applications
- Proven experience with:
- Java – 3-5 years
- Spring Boot – 3-5 years
Responsibilities
As an Application Developer with us, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
- Convert functional and business requirements into technical specifications and efficient coding solutions.
- Architect and implement solutions that meet system constraints and scalability requirements.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure high standards of code quality.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines and facilitate successful releases.
- Document code, APIs, and architectural components for effective knowledge sharing.
- Engage in peer code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Resolve issues during all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Modernize legacy systems by migrating from Java 8 to Java 21 and utilizing enhanced language features.
