Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with over 8 years of hands-on development expertise, including at least 6 years focused on Java/Spring development. You should have substantial experience in crafting applications using the Java Spring framework and demonstrate proficiency in Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git. Additionally, 3 years of experience with web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, JSP, etc.) and 3 years in Agile Scrum methodologies is essential. A fully adjudicated DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will take charge of leading the design and development of various applications for a large-scale federal IT program utilizing Java/Spring-based REST APIs, a Web 2.0 framework, and a continuous integration environment. Your role will involve providing technical guidance to development teams, designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise applications. You will conduct detailed code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mission goals. It is also your responsibility to ensure that solutions comply with federal security and compliance standards.
