Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens or dual citizens)
- Public Trust clearance or higher is necessary
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data modeling techniques
- At least 2 years of knowledge in applied machine learning or predictive analytics concepts
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
- 3 to 5 years of experience with the Databricks platform or similar analytics environments
- Proficient in using SQL for data querying and analysis
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as R or SPSS is advantageous
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially for presenting data to non-technical audiences
- Experience in supporting government or regulated environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Conduct data quality assessments, validation, and enhancement activities
- Utilize data modeling techniques to organize and structure analytical datasets
- Construct dashboards and visual representations using tools like Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI
- Produce clear and succinct analytical reports with recommendations for informed decision-making
- Clean, manipulate, and transform large datasets to ensure precision and usability
- Assist in applied analytics, including exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders to convey insights effectively
- Operate within an Agile delivery framework, contributing to user stories, testing, and SDLC activities
