Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- A Secret clearance or higher is required.
- Possession of Security+, CISSP, or a comparable security certification is essential.
- A Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3โ5 years of experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
- At least 3โ5 years of experience with enterprise IGA platforms, such as:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow.
- Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- IBM Security Verify Governance.
- A minimum of 3โ5 years of Java development experience for customization and integration tasks.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance-driven access controls.
- Excellent skills in communication, analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities
As a SailPoint Developer, I will:
- Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and other IGA platforms to support enterprise IAM strategies.
- Develop custom integrations using APIs, connectors, and scripts to synchronize identity data across applications and directories.
- Onboard new applications into the SailPoint environment while ensuring secure and compliant access pathways.
- Implement and maintain access control policies, RBAC models, and governance workflows.
- Enhance security measures through identity lifecycle automation and optimal configurations.
- Produce technical documentation including design specifications, configurations, and integration guides.
- Generate reports related to access governance, system performance, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and project management teams to deliver secure IAM solutions aligned with our objectives.

In this role, I will help design, configure, and optimize identity governance solutions that protect federal systems while ensuring smooth access management and adherence to regulatory compliance. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with on-site support required at Kingstowne & Ft. Belvoir, VA, during standard business hours.
