Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (only U.S. citizens or dual citizens permitted)
- Public Trust clearance or higher is required
- 7–10 years of experience in predictive modeling and advanced analytics
- 3–5 years of experience with data visualization and analytical reporting
- Over 10 years of experience utilizing the Databricks platform for analytics and data science
- 3–5 years of experience in big data engineering or handling large-scale data pipelines
- More than 10 years of experience applying data science methodologies in production settings
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analytics, and machine learning
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation
- Preferred experience working with consumer or product-focused data
- Experience in supporting government or regulated environments is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex, large-scale datasets utilizing the Databricks platform
- Employ predictive modeling and advanced analytics to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover anomalies and relationships within consumer data
- Design and implement statistical tests and models to validate hypotheses concerning customer retention and churn
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Assist with big data collection, cleaning, transformation, and preparation tasks
- Implement analytic and machine learning solutions using Python and SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a high-visibility digital product
- Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
