Responsibilities

As an Analytics Practitioner, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing intricate datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights - Creating engaging dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel - Supporting dashboard design and storytelling to guarantee that analytical findings are easily comprehensible for varied audiences - Developing reports that summarize analytical results and offer recommendations for business and policy decisions - Cleaning, manipulating, and preparing extensive datasets for use in visual and analytical products - Utilizing SQL and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS) to extract and analyze data - Collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment, participating in sprint planning, testing, and review sessions

In this position, you will have the opportunity to transform raw data into actionable insights that shape essential decisions and drive measurable outcomes across the organization. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and offers a hybrid work setup in Washington, D.C., while providing support during East Coast business hours. The salary for this position is $120,000.
