Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solidity and smart contract development
- Must reside in or around the greater Covington, Louisiana area, or be able to relocate quickly
- Strong knowledge of Ethereum and EVM architecture
- Proficient in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
- In-depth understanding of blockchain data structures, transactions, and cryptography
- Experience with tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, and Web3.js
- Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and websocket integration
- Experience deploying contracts to testnets and mainnets (e.g., Goerli, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
- Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)
- Proven ability to write secure and gas-efficient code with audit-level quality

Responsibilities
- Design, write, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity) for Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains
- Collaborate with frontend developers to incorporate smart contracts into React.js-based user interfaces
- Develop, test, and sustain decentralized applications (dApps) focusing on scalability, gas optimization, and security
- Construct and manage decentralized storage and messaging protocols (e.g., IPFS, The Graph, Whisper)
- Integrate APIs, oracles (Chainlink, Band), and cross-chain bridges
- Write and uphold comprehensive unit, integration, and fuzzing tests
- Conduct audits, peer reviews, and optimize on-chain logic
- Engage in agile sprints, code evaluations, and research and development for future innovations
