Must:
We seek an individual with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI model development. You must be situated in or willing to promptly relocate to the greater Covington, Louisiana area. Proficiency in Python and its associated libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NumPy) is crucial. You should possess a working knowledge of Solidity and the architecture of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Experience with blockchain-based decentralized applications (dApps), an understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and handling on-chain/off-chain data are also necessary. Familiarity with smart contract interaction tools like Hardhat, Foundry, and Ethers.js, as well as experience in hosting models via APIs or containerized environments, will be advantageous. A solid grasp of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning is essential.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, construct, and enhance machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for various real-world applications, including NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI. You will develop AI-powered components for decentralized applications and ensure smart contract integrations. Collaboration with blockchain developers to implement on-chain AI interactions using Solidity or EVM-compatible frameworks is required. You will architect solutions that facilitate decentralized AI computation and inference, utilize frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and design systems that support AI-as-a-service through smart contracts and oracle integration. In addition, you will play a vital role in R&D projects that investigate the intersections of large language models (LLMs), zero-knowledge proofs, and decentralized inference. Security and verifiability in integrating off-chain compute and ML results with blockchain ecosystems are also part of your responsibilities. Lastly, you will document processes, testing pipelines, and deployment strategies for both AI and smart contract modules.
