Requirements
Must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to work with law enforcement agencies
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise network infrastructure
- Strong background in LAN/WAN/WLAN design and support
- Proficient in SD-WAN, Multi-WAN failover, and Multi-Site IPSEC VPN
- Extensive knowledge of switching, routing, BGP, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, and DNS
- Experience with core/edge switching, segmentation, security, and remote access
- Ability to monitor WAN circuits and firewalls, including security updates and patch management
- Demonstrated advanced Tier 2+ troubleshooting capabilities
- Skill in creating and maintaining network diagrams for various environments
- Experience in infrastructure upgrades, greenfield projects, and new construction
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong client management and relationship-building capabilities
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and business continuity
Responsibilities
- Engage in the planning, execution, and oversight of network deployments and upgrades
- Document client environments and conduct assessments for potential new services
- Upgrade infrastructure and construction projects
- Address server, software, and connectivity issues concerning network infrastructure
- Serve as an upper-tier engineer for T2/T3 escalations
- Provide remote and onsite support for critical customer infrastructure
- Utilize network monitoring tools to pinpoint and resolve issues
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving internal processes

This full-time role allows for occasional remote work, though it primarily requires in-person participation.
