Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for answering inbound calls to help resolve both routine and novel issues with patients, healthcare providers, and insurers.
- I will provide patient support to accurately assist pharmaceutical programs and refer them to the appropriate teams when needed.
- It is my goal to meet and exceed established performance targets.
- I will document all call details and data findings per operational protocols.
- I will leverage Knowledge Base resources to address inquiries effectively.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of patient and proprietary information will be a priority.
- I will develop a solid understanding of the company's security and privacy protocols.
- Continuous education on product updates, new features, and upcoming launches will be part of my responsibilities.
- I will contribute to enhancing the patient experience by providing feedback to management to help refine products, materials, and processes.

Compensation: $19/hr Location: Onsite in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh Work Hours: Monday to Friday across various 8-hour shifts: 8 am - 4 pm EST, 9 am - 5 pm EST, 1 pm - 9 pm EST, or open for availability for 4-day, 10-hour shifts from 11 am - 9 pm EST.
