Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in product management support within the medical device, Enterprise B2B SaaS, life sciences, healthcare technology, industrial hardware technology, or financial technology sectors.
- Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting abilities coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Capability to convey technical issues clearly to both engineering professionals and non-technical audiences.
- Experience simplifying complex engineering documentation into accessible, market-oriented written or visual content.
- Background in supporting intricate, regulated, or technical products.
- Experience collaborating across departments including engineering, sales, marketing, and clients.
- Proven track record in managing product launches, documentation, training, or go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and resolving product-related inquiries and issues from clinical personnel, engineering teams, and sales representatives.
- Systematically track issues and prioritize cases based on severity, frequency, and customer impact.
- Provide virtual support for issue resolution and coordinate on-site clinical team involvement when necessary.
- Offer timely updates and closure summaries to clients, sales staff, and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, device repair coordination, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify repetitive field issues and partner with engineering to explore and address underlying causes.
- Keep a structured feedback system to gather product insights, feature requests, and suggestions for improvements.
- Supply actionable recommendations to engineering and product development teams to bolster product reliability and usability.
- Document field issues accurately and maintain comprehensive case notes.
- Draft, produce, and preserve clear troubleshooting guides, FAQs, workflows, service manuals, and other instructional materials in both written and video formats.
- Assist hospital IT teams in qualifying the device for seamless IT integration within healthcare systems.
