IT Infrastructure Engineer

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience - Over 7 years of experience in systems/server administration, with proficiency in managing Windows Servers & Intune environments/infrastructure - At least 5 years of experience implementing and configuring Windows Servers and tools in an enterprise setting - Strong knowledge and practical experience with various scripting languages - Demonstrated project management capabilities and vendor coordination skills - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at leading meetings and fostering consensus - Strong time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Willingness to be on-call as needed - Proficiency in documenting Root Cause Analysis and maintaining up-to-date system documentation - Advanced technical and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex enterprise issues - Extensive knowledge of server virtualization solutions, including VMware, Citrix, Windows Servers, and NetApp storage arrays - Holding a valid drivers license; if an Ohio drivers license is not current, it must be obtained within 30 days of relocation, in addition to complying with BVHSs fleet policy and insurance mandates
