Project Manager / Business Analyst - Bloomberg Migration

- Spearhead and oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring goals are achieved within designated scope, timeline, and budget - Formulate and maintain comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, risk management strategies, and resource allocation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution - Track project advancement, promptly addressing any challenges or obstacles - Adhere to project management best practices and company standards, ensuring thorough documentation - Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders - Supervise vendor integration projects, including data mapping, defining business use cases, and business function mapping - Manage the full lifecycle of vendor integration, from initial requirements gathering and vendor selection to implementation and business model integration - Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and user needs to pinpoint areas for improvement - Gather, document, and oversee business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis - Formulate functional specifications, process diagrams, and use cases for communication with technical teams - Collaborate with stakeholders to set project scope, objectives, and deliverables - Assess and propose solutions that align with corporate goals and objectives - Participate in data governance practices to define and enhance data lineage, processes, accuracy, and cataloging - Leverage data analysis and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, VBA, and Excel to aid business teams in crafting data-driven solutions
