Requirements
Must:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Green Card or U.S. Citizenship)
- Proficient with automation tools (Power Automate, Make, n8n, etc.) or scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (Chat GPT, Azure) and agent frameworks
- Strong comprehension of systems integration and workflow design
- Capability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on user insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical teams
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background in IT systems, DevOps, or software engineering
- Knowledge of observability tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Previous experience training or enabling teams with technical tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Power Automate
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across various departments
- Rapidly create prototypes of AI-driven workflows using tools like Zapier, LLM APIs, and automation platforms
- Collaborate with teams to understand their processes and redesign them with an AI-focused approach
- Develop reliable automation systems with robust error handling, observability, and logging
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance automations for accuracy and uptime
- Optimize integrations between internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
- Act as an internal advocate for AI by conducting workshops, creating playbooks, and training employees on effective AI usage
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and best practices to expand automation capabilities
