Requirements
Must:
- I have between 10 to 15 years of practical software development experience, demonstrating proven leadership in solution design and delivery.
- I possess expert-level skills in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and relevant frameworks.
- I have robust front-end expertise with Angular 18, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- I bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Storage, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.
- I understand System Design, Microservices Architecture, and Distributed Systems deeply.
- I have practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- I have a solid understanding of API design, application security, and performance optimization.
- I am familiar with Spring Data JPA, database design, and ORM best practices.
- I can demonstrate the ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and work collaboratively across different functions.
- I have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
Responsibilities
- I will design, develop, and architect robust, scalable, and cloud-native applications using Java (Spring Boot), Angular/React, and Azure Cloud Services.
- I will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack while upholding high standards of development.
- I will lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers through code reviews, providing technical guidance and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
- I will define system architecture, manage data flow, and devise integration strategies for large-scale distributed systems.
- I will design and implement microservices and REST APIs, adhering to secure, modular, and reusable design principles.
- I will develop data persistence layers using Spring Data JPA and ensure optimal data performance across both relational and NoSQL systems.
- I will design and deploy containerized applications utilizing Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
- I will work closely with architects, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure system integrity, scalability, and performance.
- I will establish and enforce coding, testing, and deployment best practices using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- I will drive technical discussions regarding architecture, scalability, and performance enhancement.
- I will stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
