Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Teams
- Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online architecture
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of metadata management, taxonomy, and document governance
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Developer) are preferred
- Experience in federal or regulated IT environments is beneficial
- Familiarity with migration tools such as ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Tool
- Background in user-centered design and usability enhancement is a plus
- Cybersecurity certifications are desirable
Responsibilities
- Carry out SharePoint migration tasks, including site inventory, architectural alignment, data migration, and validation
- Design and implement Power Apps, alongside Power Automate workflows and Dataverse solutions
- Set up and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata structures, and permissions
- Assist in the administration of Microsoft Teams and its integration with M365 services
- Develop and execute workflow automation and document management strategies
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, User Acceptance Testing) and validate performance
- Ensure adherence to Section 508 accessibility standards and Federal IT regulations
- Create technical documentation and support user training initiatives
Description
At Blackberg, we are on the lookout for a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer to spearhead the design, development, migration, and maintenance of our collaboration and workflow environment utilized by the Department of Health and Human Services. We are committed to ensuring that our SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams solutions are secure and scalable, meeting user needs while enhancing knowledge management and automating business processes across our organization. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Bethesda, MD, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $160,000 annually.
