Requirements
Must:
- 84 months of experience guiding agile development teams in the planning, design, implementation, and integration of scalable multitier applications utilizing Object-Oriented or Service-Oriented Architecture, focusing on data structures, algorithms, software design, and JEE Design Patterns on an IBM platform.
- 84 months of experience in deploying applications on JBOSS, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere Portal 7, and WebSphere Application Server 7 or later.
- 84 months of experience in architecting systems for criminal justice processing, including but not limited to disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history updates, sex offender management, tracking of wanted/missing persons, or offender supervision initiatives.
- 60 months of experience developing and deploying multi-tier web applications leveraging Groovy Grails, Java Server Faces, or the Spring framework.
- 60 months of experience in application development using JMS, EJB, MQ, JSF, JAXB, JAXWS, and/or Hibernate.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate agile development teams in executing project plans and achieving project milestones.
- Design and implement scalable multitier applications that meet organizational needs.
- Ensure the deployment of applications is seamless on various platforms such as JBOSS and IBM WebSphere.
- Architect systems that enhance criminal justice processing and related functionalities.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence in application development.
