Requirements
Must:
- 84 months of experience in a governmental taxation or budget organization, demonstrating knowledge in business operations, technical design, application development, maintenance, and end-user support for complex processing systems.
- 84 months of Java programming experience within an IBM development setting using the IDE IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) for deployment on WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- 84 months of familiarity with J2EE technologies, including EJB, JDBC, JSP, and XML.
- 84 months of utilization of IBM EAD4J and JADE frameworks for application development.
- 84 months of experience with IBM DB2, coupled with a solid understanding of DB2 databases and XML schemas, including definition, querying, and automated generation.
- 60 months of experience optimizing application performance through interaction with databases.
- 60 months of proficiency with IBM MQSeries.
- 12 months of experience with DataStage and Sybase.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex processing systems in compliance with government taxation and budget requirements.
- Design, implement, and support Java applications using IBM RAD in a WebSphere environment.
- Utilize J2EE technologies to build scalable applications that meet business needs.
- Apply IBM EAD4J and JADE frameworks to enhance application functionality.
- Manage and interact with IBM DB2 databases, ensuring optimal performance and effective XML schema management.
- Conduct performance tuning for applications that interface with databases to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams using IBM MQSeries to facilitate reliable messaging services.
- Leverage DataStage and Sybase skills for data integration and management tasks.
