Requirements
Must:
- 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and deploying Java applications utilizing contemporary Javascript libraries.
- 7 years of experience working with the SPRING framework.
- 5 years of experience with Hibernate, myBATIS, or other Object Relational Mapping frameworks.
- 7 years of experience in programming Oracle WebLogic Java applications based on specifications derived from use cases, class diagrams, interaction diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
- 5 years of experience in creating Oracle database schemas, tables, stored procedures, and managing permissions.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Public Health from an accredited institution.
- 7 years of experience in application testing, including the design and implementation of testing strategies.
- 3 years of experience in programming IT projects for the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement Java applications using modern Javascript libraries.
- Employ the SPRING framework to develop robust and maintainable applications.
- Utilize Object Relational Mapping frameworks such as Hibernate or myBATIS for data handling.
- Program Oracle WebLogic Java applications from detailed specifications informed by various diagrams.
- Develop and manage Oracle database structures, procedures, and user permissions efficiently.
- Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure application quality and functionality.
- Engage in government IT projects, contributing significant programming expertise.
