Senior Consultant - Data Engineering & BI

- Provide technical, architectural, and project guidance across complex digital and data-centric client projects - Lead communications on technical and architectural aspects with clients and internal teams, clearly articulating methodologies and outcomes at various levels of expertise - Independently assess and define technical architectures for complex issues while ensuring accountability for solution design - Guide the design and implementation of modern, enterprise-scale data platforms and analytic solutions - Support business development activities such as solution definition, estimation, proposal creation, and participating in client strategy discussions - Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on data governance, security, compliance, and operational models in line with enterprise and regulatory benchmarks - Define target-state data architectures and oversee the delivery of scalable cloud-based data warehouse and analytics solutions aligned with client long-term strategies - Ensure comprehensive delivery of intricate digital and data consulting engagements, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality assurance, and financial outcomes - Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, converting business goals into technical strategies and advising senior stakeholders on decision-making - Develop and govern scalable data pipeline architectures and integration frameworks; offer hands-on technical leadership for ETL/ELT solutions using SQL and Python - Guide the creation of analytics applications and reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs - Establish and enforce frameworks for data quality, governance, and security while consistently applying best practices and standards - Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of standards and reusable assets, demonstrating leadership in data architecture and engineering
