Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements such as background checks and drug screening
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Basic understanding of engineering design principles, standards, and applicable practices
- Knowledge of industry trends and technology
- Familiarity with quality programs and construction principles
Responsibilities
- Work under close supervision as an entry-level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer
- Assist in creating engineering deliverables such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), reports, and specifications
- Conduct routine research and analysis to make recommendations regarding instrumentation and equipment
- Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and internal clients while gaining understanding of external client needs
- Follow department design guides, engineering codes, and company policies and procedures
