Senior Unity/Web Developer (Mandarin Speaking)

- Develop and maintain intricate UI systems using UGUI, ensuring responsive layouts and dynamic adaptation for multi-resolution support - Execute UI interactions, animations, masking, and event system workflows in collaboration with design and art teams - Create in-game and UI presentations utilizing Animator and Timeline for cutscenes, UI animations, and character animation processes - Improve visual fidelity by merging Render Pipeline expertise, Particle Systems, and Shaders - Oversee and refine object lifecycle behaviors (Awake, OnEnable, Update, OnDestroy, etc.) including implementing object pooling to mitigate performance and memory challenges - Formulate and uphold strategies for resource and memory optimization with Addressables and/or AssetBundles (packaging, loading/unloading, profiling, and tuning) - Facilitate cross-platform builds and debugging for PC, Android, and iOS, addressing compatibility and performance discrepancies - Detect performance bottlenecks using Unity Profiler and Frame Debugger; recommend and implement optimizations - Create custom Unity editor tools to enhance development workflows and increase team efficiency - Utilize strong mathematical skills (geometry, vectors, matrices) in gameplay interactions and visual effects - Contribute to front-end development using TypeScript, React, and CSS for internal tools, dashboards, or web interfaces - Support real-time features with Node.js and Socket.IO in collaboration with backend services - Assist in integrating Unity WebGL into contemporary web frameworks and support build and debug workflows
