Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in Agile development, Scrum methodology, and/or Technical Project Management.
- Strong foundation in application development projects within large corporate settings.
- Proven track record in managing technical aspects of extensive programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks with a preference for practical application over theoretical understanding.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Strategic adaptability to modify project management techniques based on delivery requirements.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in the finance, economics, or regulated sectors is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile development teams to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and expectations.
- Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to relevant parties.
- Manage relationships with clients and ensure that their needs are met effectively.
- Implement and enhance Agile practices within the team to improve productivity.
- Utilize project management tools to organize tasks and maintain clear communication across the team.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and help resolve impediments to progress.
