Requirements
Must:
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Trading Systems and Capital Markets
- Strong comprehension of Margins, Options, and Trading principles
- Proficient in margin calculations, collateral management, and risk exposure
- Capable of converting business requirements into technical specifications
- Experienced with trading systems, risk platforms, or clearing systems
- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities for validation and reporting
- Background in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for trading systems
- Assist in the validation and acceptance of trading solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure project delivery
- Engage actively with risk and trading teams to improve system functionality
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for trading and risk platforms
