Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree required
- Over 4 years of experience in SAP ERP and Supply Chain data implementation
- Proficient in working within multinational environments
- Strong skills in documentation, communication, and stakeholder management
- Ability to navigate structured, process-driven transformation environments
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
Responsibilities
- Support Global Solution Design and S/4HANA deployment initiatives for Material Master and Business Partner
- Drive data design, analysis, governance, and deployment activities across ERP programs
- Contribute to the modernization of end-to-end Supply Chain processes through digital transformation
- Manage master data governance and stewardship efforts
- Oversee data migration, mapping, and transformation tasks
- Implement MDG workflows, validations, and replication processes
- Conduct planning and execution testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) using relevant tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps)
- Ensure adherence to data quality and governance frameworks across initiatives
Description
We are a dynamic company engaged in a large-scale digital transformation program aimed at modernizing our end-to-end Supply Chain processes by unifying our ERP systems into a single SAP S/4HANA platform. Our team values functional expertise in SAP MDG and strong collaboration skills. This position is available in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA (with a hybrid work model), and remote work options are available for the right candidate.
