Requirements
Must:
- 15+ years of recent experience in business and system analysis as well as UX for extensive web, mobile, and SharePoint-based systems
- 5+ years of experience in UI design, creating screen/task flows, and drafting functional and non-functional specifications
- 5+ years of experience with web, mobile, and SharePoint applications
- 3+ years of practical experience in integrating web/mobile applications with:
- Google Maps API
- Canada Post Address API
- Energy Star API
- 3+ years of experience integrating with:
- Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM)
- Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB)
- Proven project experience in integrating applications with Oracle CCB
- Proven project experience in integrating applications with Oracle WAM
- Strong experience in integrating external APIs (Google Maps, Canada Post, Energy Star)
- Expertise in requirements management, traceability, and governance throughout the lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
- Experience in delivering end-user training, particularly for SharePoint solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess business needs and system specifications for large-scale web and mobile applications
- Develop and document user interface designs and workflow processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and specifications
- Integrate applications with various APIs, including Google Maps and Canada Post
- Work with Oracle systems to enhance functionality and support
- Provide end-user training and support for SharePoint solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation and requirements traceability
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
