Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Proven experience leading full-cycle Salesforce implementations
- Demonstrated ability to revive underperforming Salesforce projects
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration methods
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage full-cycle Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients
- Provide strategic technical leadership and ownership of solution design
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices
